Effective Immediately!  April 15, 2008 

Due to the extreme risk and price volatility in the grain markets, we will be implementing the following changes to our grain buying policies: 

Flat price or basis only contracts: We will provide a flat-price and /or a basis bid up to and including October 2008. We will make every effort to provide a cash and/ or basis bid for old and new crop sales. No flat-price or basis bids will be provided for November 2008 or beyond until market conditions change or we are able to merchandise grain during those time periods. All sales beyond October 2008 will be HTA only.      

Hedge-To-Arrive Contracts: For the 2008 Crop Year.
                   Corn will be assessed a 8 cent/bushel service fee. 
                   Soybeans and Spring Wheat will be assessed a 12 cent /bushel service fee.                
                   One roll will be allowed within the crop year at a fee of 3 cents per bushel per option month.
                    No rolls will be allowed beyond the crop year. 

Hedge-To-Arrive Contracts: For the 2009 Crop Year.
                  Corn will be assessed a 15 cent/bushel service fee.
                  Soybeans and Spring Wheat will be assessed a 30 cent/bushel service fee.
                  One roll will be allowed within the crop year at a fee of 3 cents per bushel per option month.
                  No rolls will be allowed beyond the crop year.  

 Please Note: We will not be buying any grain beyond the December 2009 futures month. This policy is subject to change at any time.
