Board of Directors The Board meets every 3 rd Friday following the 1 st Monday of every month. The Board meets at the Main Office in Wheaton, MN. President- Vaugh Maudal, North District Vice President- Chuck Grimes, South District Secretary/Treasurer- Greg Frisch, South District Director- Chadd Berger, North District Director- Ron Sanasack, South District Director- Ron Lenzen, North District Director- Tony Luick, North District General Manager- Philip Deal There are four Directors from the North District and three Directors from the South District. The line separating the two Districts is the 620 th Street in Minnesota and 112 th Street in South Dakota. Currently there are two Advisory Directors serving the Sisseton- New Effington Area, one from the North District and one from the South District.
