SOYBEANS:  EFFECTIVE 2-8-2010, FREE DELAYED PRICE (DP) ON SOYBEANS UNTIL 10-29-2010.  ALL SOYBEANS MUST BE PRICED BY 10-29-2010.

CORN:  EFFECTIVE 4-12-2010, FREE DELAYED PRICE (DP) ON CORN UNTIL 10-29-2010.  ALL CORN MUST BE SOLD BY 10-29-2010

NO WAREHOUSE RECEIPTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GRAINS

(NO, OLD CROP DELAYED PRICE GRAIN MAY BE APPLIED TO NEW CROP CONTRACTS)

Effective October 19, 2009  New Hedge-To-Arrive-Fees

Wheat-Corn:

July 2010 futures= 2 cents/bushel fee
Sept 2010 futures= 4 cents/bushel fee
Dec 2010 futures= 6 cents/bushel fee
Additional, 2 cents each futures month past December 2010 futures.

Beans:

July 2010 futures= 3 cents/bushel fee
September 2010 futures= 6 cents/bushel fee
November 2010 futures= 9 cents/bushel fee
Additional, 3 cents each futures month past November 2010 futures.

One futures roll allowed per H-T-A contract at a fee of 2 cents/bushel.
